The location was convenient for attending a concert. It was very close. This hotel appears contemporary. I noticed the quietness. The restaurants showed a variety of menus.

I found rooms fell short. It did not meet the high standards apparent. The general areas presented a more modern appeal. The beds were so comfortable.

the lobby was beautifully fine. the free tesla shuttle with the gull-wing doors brining me back to union station was hella cool!

i tried to call reception multiple times with no response. ultimately i had to carry my own bags downstairs. the remote for the bed wasn't working, and although i tipped the porter who promised someone would come to fix it, no one ever did.

i loved how clean the rooms were. the fourth floor blew my mind, seriously a must-see, and then there's the 28th floor! the staff accommodated us without any hesitation, which i appreciate. i definitely recommend this stay!

i was promised a lake view from my signature king room but it was mostly a parking lot i saw. the noise from whatever event was happening nearby went on until late. i asked for a late checkout but the request was denied (apparently everyone wants to sleep in).

the location was great, especially for attending a concert. the staff were really kind and professional. my room offered a cool view of the city.

I had difficulty reaching reception by phone and ended up carrying my luggage myself. the bed remote did not work and nobody came to fix it, even though someone promised. the loud music continued past midnight. This made sleeping difficult.
