I found the room very clean. the bed was comfortable. i also liked the location. It's convenient for getting around.

Acceptable But Flawed Stay

cramped parking mold presence

The parking garage was really cramped. It was difficult to maneuver my car, and I worried about scratches. The lobby seemed consistently crowded, detracting from a sense of calm or efficient service. Our room only had a single office chair, a strange and uncomfortable choice. I also noticed what was to be mold in the shower, a detail that definitely lowered my impression of the room.

The location was convenient. It allowed for quick access to many attractions. ubers arrived promptly for pick-ups and drop-offs. the room was clean, and housekeeping kept it well-stocked. warm cookies at the lobby were a nice touch. I had one almost every time i passed by.

The rug on my floor was bumpy. It seemed like a tripping hazard.

The hotel is within walking distance of yonge and dundas square. This made restaurants accessible. the art gallery of ontario is also nearby. It is about a ten-minute walk. kensington market is farther, around a 25-minute walk.

The room was clean. It featured a comfortable bed. although i did not open them, i noted windows were present. the shower products provided smelled lovely. i found the provided room decaffeinated coffee to be delicious.
