the room was spacious (it really was like a home away from home) and very clean. the staff were friendly, from the door attendants to the front desk personnel. i liked how attentive they were to my needs. the hotel itself was beautiful, a romantic setting i enjoyed a lot.
The towels in the room had a slight odor, a bit off-putting. i noticed standing water in the shower tray while showering, quite unpleasant. the room felt very dark, even with all the lights on. It could use better lighting.

Satisfactory stay

I stayed in a large clean room. The quality coffee machine was restocked daily as was bottled water. The hotel's location is convenient and a short walk to Union train station.
I noticed drops of red on the sheets. No staff member came to set up my refrigerator despite front desk confirmation. More lighting is needed inside the room as it was dark even with open curtains.
