mixed feelings about my visit
dusty wine glassessticky substance
The wine glasses in my room were not clean. They had accumulated dust. the shower leaked water under the sliding door. This was an issue. the tv was not working correctly. the window ledge also had a sticky substance. i expect better attention to detail.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices (i especially enjoyed the omelet station). the hotel is in a convenient location. my lake view room offered amazing views of the harbour. the room was very clean. i enjoyed being able to see the lake from my window.

the hotel overlooks the lake and is close to the ferry and water taxi terminals. many attractions, such as the cn tower and union station, are also within a short walk. the hotel is conveniently located between yonge and bay streets.

the hotel has a large indoor swimming pool. there is also a spa and wellness area available . a recreational area sits on the roof between the towers (including loungers and a tennis court).

I liked how smooth everything was upon arrival. valet parked my car quickly! i checked in and was in my room within a half hour. Everything was super swift. the walk to dining options and the scotia bank centre was very short too, what a plus!
the valet workers were rude! also, the employees at the breakfast buffet were rude. they insisted i needed to pay, even though breakfast was included with my stay. they said i needed a voucher, but no one gave me one.
