major attractions friendly staff warm welcome

The location was special. It allowed very easy access to major attractions. I found the staff friendly.

The room had some minor issues. I noticed a small stain on the carpet near the window. It did detract slightly from the overall cleanliness.

Wonderful Stay by the Waterfront

The front desk staff provided fast, helpful service. A young woman at reception was very accommodating and kind. I really loved the waterfront location, especially its proximity to the Rogers Centre and the iconic cn tower.

I noticed the hotel lacked free breakfast. This would greatly enhance the experience.

strange lighting excessive noise

The bathroom lighting was strange. It was hard to do hair and makeup before going out. there was also a lot of noise. i could hear everything from the street, the hallway, and other floors.

charmed by the waterfront stay!

waterfront location attentive staff

i loved the location right on the waterfront. it was so close to the cn tower and the rogers centre. the staff was attentive and ensured my needs were met. the amsterdam brewery next door was a great spot for a quick visit! the harbour view from the room was very nice.

i found the tv system a bit confusing to navigate. it took some time to figure out the channels and settings. this was a minor inconvenience, but it would be nice if it was more user-friendly.
