professional staff warm aesthetic missing concierge valet service
i found the front desk staff very professional and cute. the aesthetic IS warm and modern there were lots of plants. the decor was environmentally friendly.
i noticed no concierge TO help with our bags when we first arrived. valet service was missing ANYONE when we arrived. we had to bring the bags and stroller in ourselves.

bamford cosmetics lobby bar live entertainment
my stay featured a city king room. the bathroom included luxurious bamford cosmetics. the lobby bar provided a great place for cocktails and live entertainment.
the valet service was unattended upon my arrival (i had to carry my bags).

friendly staff helpful concierge house car
The staff members were very friendly. The hotel also has a house car available on a first come, first serve basis for drop-offs.
The hotel offered no assistance with luggage in the car upon checkout. This service should be a standard expectation at a hotel of this level. I hope changes are implemented.
