an okay stay!
friendly staff early check-in dim lighting no coffee
I was really happy about the staff's friendliness! pascuale got me into my room early and that was great. niya also helped me get some pages printed. I needed that a lot!!!
the hallway lighting was very dim, it was actually bad. i wished there was morning coffee in the lobby, that would be so convenient!

charming stay near lincoln center
helpful staff elegant lobby perfect location
the front desk staff was helpful i appreciated their quick assistance with a minor issue i had. the lobby had an elegant feel offering both a cozy and upscale atmosphere which i enjoyed. the location was perfect with easy access to many nearby attractions and restaurants i could walk almost everywhere.
the hallways were a bit dark i used my phone's flashlight to see the keyhole sometimes

fantastic stay!
convenient location easy access
i picked this hotel because lincoln center was super close. it was only a short walk! i found the location convenient, and the easy access to performances. the room was clean, and the price felt just right for a weekend getaway.
I noticed the bathroom could use some updates. The door didn't close perfectly. this was a minor inconvenience.

the staff greeted me warmly and provided assistance with directions. they offered complimentary water bottles daily, a very nice touch, especially after long walks. i really appreciated the friendly, helpful service throughout my stay.

clogged drain loud air conditioner
The room felt quite small. There was hardly any space to store my clothes. I could only hang a few items over the safe. The shower drain was clogged. Water barely went down the drain as I showered. the air conditioner was loud!!! It seemed to struggle. The room felt warm despite the AC running.

beautiful lobby comfortable room attentive staff
I was treated like a ceo here!!! the staff was always available, opening doors and immediately finding taxis. the lobby is beautiful. It features a huge decorated tree and an awesome circular staircase. the room exceeded my expectations, providing everything needed for a comfortable and quiet stay.
the hallways had very dim lighting, difficult to see the door to insert the card.

the rooftop bar had an really good atmosphere. the central location offered easy access to public transportation, streamlining my travels. the gym has modern equipment.

worn furniture inadequate soundproofing
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions the subway was within easy reach allowing for efficient travel around the city
the room's condition was disappointing it showed significant wear the furniture looked outdated and the bathroom fixtures had visible signs of age there were some stains on the carpet i also noted that the soundproofing was inadequate street noise disrupted sleep.

I found the location unbeatable and convenient. The staff was really friendly and helpful . They gave me bottled water when I asked at the front desk, which I appreciated!
The AC was quite noisy. Still, that wasn't enough to stop me from going back.

The entire staff seemed cute and efficient. The atmosphere felt happy and inviting. Some staff members, such as Keenan, Pasquale, and Ariel, consistently provide excellent service. They really took care of me!

The rooftop pool gave our kids a great afternoon option on a hot day. It allowed us to relax, and the kids enjoyed swimming! This added to our overall experience.
