the location provided easy access to subway lines and nearby attractions. i liked the modern decor and high-quality bed linens. the check-in process was simple, and the baggage storage option was useful.

the room's temperature control was insufficient, and it was sometimes too cold, even with the heat set to its maximum.

i loved how close it was to everything. multiple subway lines were super easy to access! the modern decor with high quality bed linens and big king size pillows totally worked for me! the cvs store nearby was so convenient.

The breakfast options lacked vegan choices. It wasn't very vegan friendly at all.

The rooftop bar provides fantastic views. i noticed boozy cocktails were offered. i did not eat a full meal here, but i saw bar snacks were available at the rooftop space. It looked amazing.

The check-in and check-out process was super simple. the baggage storage option is a great plus. the staff helped me get a higher floor at my request. I got a super great view because of that.

The location is killer steps away from the subway. It made zipping around super easy. i adored the ipad room controls. Adjusting the lights and tv was easy. i was like i was living in the future. also the staff was friendly at check in.

The room was small. Two people can't move. the front desk guy was rude. He answered aggressively to customers. it was not nice at all. there isn't much i can do about it, though.
