noticeable smell sagged beds
the bathroom had a noticeable smell, it was not fresh. mold grew around the shower, that really bothered me. the room felt cramped, and the beds sagged. I do wish the cleaning had been more thorough, it would improve the stay MUCH.

The staff were efficient. I especially liked the helpful bar staff. my room provided excellent value, especially considering its proximity to the excel. the temperature control was amazing. There was a lot of space too.
I did find that the room's bathroom was shabby. It had mould in the shower.

Ample free parking is available to guests. the building has unique architecture and interesting art. the hotel has a side door for after-hours access. self-checkout is also an option. It provided added convenience.

The staff were very friendly and cute. staff members also offered helpful advice on local travel. This was much appreciated. i found the staff to be attentive to requests, and they made check-in effortless.

The hotel's location is near public transport options. I could easily travel to central areas. its proximity to prince regent entrance is convenient for excel visitors! the location was also great for getting to the airport.

The bar has a great choice of beers and food. the pub food offered good value. I especially enjoyed the pie and mash. guests receive a discount on food when staying at the hotel.

eager staff luggage holding easy parking ideal location
The staff seemed very eager to assist and change my room upon arrival to better suit my needs. This is GREAT. They also offered a free luggage holding service, so CONVENIENT. The parking access was free and easy, a SIGNIFICANT bonus. The location near the EXCEL center IS very beneficial for events.
My room showed some signs of needing an update.

The breakfast included a reasonable selection of hot and cold items. The discount was APPRECIATED. The pub food looked good, with a selection of meals at a reasonable price for the area. I SAW many people eating and having a good time.

The superior double room I occupied included a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. It was Super clean. My room had what i needed. The bathroom included toiletries.

The staff was helpful, they assisted with directions, and responded quickly to requests. ALL staff was helpful. They accommodated a room change upon arrival to meet specific needs. They helped me!

The hotel has good access to the EXCEL centre, excellent for event attendees. The tube and DLR stations were easily accessible from the location. GREAT! This saved time.
