The building was beautiful and historical. The room was decorated beautifully. I loved it. The staff was knowledgeable about the building's history. I really enjoyed how accessible the location was near Liverpool Street and Bank Stations.

I found my room was on the smaller side. It was clean and well equipped. The room lacked a window.

i struggled with the reception staff. i paid online before check-in and showed proof, but the staff claimed they couldn't get the payment. they asked me to pay again with a very rude attitude.

the staff was very helpful (i really appreciated their assistance).

the room was a bit too noisy for me. i could hear rumbling from the underground trains throughout the night. also, the bedroom lacked windows, feel a little claustrophobic.
