convenient location with easy access

metro station easy access tidy room

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station. It was about a five-minute walk. a 30-minute tube ride got me right into the city center. the room provided was quiet. I was not disturbed during my rest. bed linen was clean and the room itself was tidy

I found the wardrobe broken and wobbly. It was unusable. the bathroom floor tiles were cracked and raised.

The staff readily helped me settle in. He went above expectations. communication with the host was quick, and they accommodated my last-minute needs. easy simple steps were provided. the staff were great ambassadors for the organisation.

helpful staff accessible lift comfortable surroundings

ali from the staff was helpful. he showed me around, even the roofs. he really made sure i felt comfortable.. he even showed me the lift with the rail on the buttons. i could tell what floor to press!

tube station coffee facilities

the location was great near the tube station. the room offered tea and coffee making facilities it was quite useful.

the walls seemed a bit thin noise travelled easily.
