the staff IS very kind and helpful. the apartment was fully furnished and equipped, it included a kitchen. bus stops were right at the front door, this was very convenient.

the hallways smelled BAD, it contrasted with the apartment.

the apartment had a full size kitchen. it included a separate bathroom and was super clean. the distance to the tube was great so it was easy to get around.

i noticed the apartment was never cleaned during my long stay.
