James at the front desk provided fantastic, friendly service. He was so helpful! The hotel boasts a wonderfully quiet location. The facilities were also lovely. The staff arranged a great birthday surprise for my wife, it was very special.

I received a warm welcome and an upgrade upon arrival. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch, especially during the summer. The hotel's location offered easy access to the city center, which I found convenient. I really enjoyed my stay.

the staff demonstrated genuine care i needed a room to freshen up and nap the staff showed compassion and accommodated me i was able to stay for a traditional overnight stay later in the week my expectations were exceeded again

my room had strange balcony doors one set is permanently not closed water damage caused this i tried to close it for security there was no luck it does not lead to a balcony just a ledge the bartender refused to serve me wine at 1030 he was done for the night
