The front desk had staff available 24/7, reassuring. They even assisted us with figuring out the washing machine. The location was also really convenient. It was close to many shops and transport links.
The mattress in the sofa bed was not comfortable. I could feel every spring. There were very few plates and bowls available. You had to run the dishwasher constantly to have enough for each meal.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable. I could feel every spring. It was difficult to sleep. More comfortable seating in the living area would have been helpful.
