The location is good because it is close to Gatwick. The hotel had free parking available. I found my room to be clean, and the bed was quite comfortable.
The pillows were not very comfortable. I found them quite flat. The shower was not very good either.

i found a clean and tidy room. the ensuite had everything i needed. the beds had much comfort. it was ideal for a stop over. the staff also helped me find something i forgot at the hotel. i was so grateful for their help.
my room was a bit sparse and slightly shabby.

dinner was available but with only a limited choice. the hotel didn't have a licence to serve alcohol. there are shops and parks are nearby for dining options.

it is a short walk to shops and restaurants. i also find it in easy reach of the airport. it only takes four minutes to the airport car park, hard to beat.

I found the location quite convenient near the airport. The staff was helpful, assisting with taxi arrangements to the airport. My car was safely stored on-site during my trip and brought back promptly upon my return, that gave me peace of mind. The restaurant's food was great. I would certainly recommend it.

The staff arranged a taxi for my early flight. Abdul assisted with my luggage without delay. The staff was ready with my car and keys upon my return from the airport. It was very efficient.

the rooms were spacious, such big room it was. the beds felt soft and clean. i also liked that the staff helped me arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning. it was a very early flight.
the walls are so thin, my love. i hear people outside. my room felt cold even with the radiator turned up. i also found the menu limited, i had trouble.

the staff were friendly enough, i suppose. the room size was decent for a short stay, i will say that much.
The breakfast situation was awful. it didn't even start until 9 am. What kind of airport hotel does that. i asked for tap water, just tap water and they refused. i had to buy a bottle, it's ridiculous. the room was pretty basic too, i expected more honestly.

the staff were very kind! the room and the bathroom were totally clean. the hotel is close to gatwick airport, so a taxi is very easy to get and it only takes about 10 minutes. the food was also good.
i had to run the hot water tap for a long time to get some tepid water
