The bedroom had dark lighting. an opaque film covered the window, so i could not see out. the heated towel rail was not working. It was february, and it should have been on.

i got a awesome room. the room was huge and it got a cool bar downstairs i went to! the staff where so lovely. they provide great coffee in the room i appreciate it and lovely products in the bathroom.

the room i stayed in needs a deep clean i notice it. the tv didn't even work i was so bummed. the shower temperature control broke so it only has hot water ugh. i did not take a shower because of this.
