The location was perfect. I found it convenient for accessing nearby attractions. The breakfast selection offered a wide range of options, ensuring a good start to the day. The dedicated staff were very helpful and provided excellent assistance with all my inquiries.
Street noise was slightly noticeable at night, especially during peak hours.

The location was perfect for exploring. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs (i really appreciated it). It was great that a convenience store was just across the street from the hotel. The famous Carroll souvenir shop was also right in front of the hotel.
The rooms did lack some lighting, which I found a bit difficult. Clothing storage was limited. There was only an armoire, but no drawers, just a shelving unit with baskets.

The staff provided amazing support, assisting with taxis and offering recommendations. Front desk personnel were quick and helpful, addressing all queries. The bar staff were attentive, providing quick drink service and maintaining a tidy area.

My room was modern and very clean. The staff was professional and always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had great variety and was delicious. I felt well taken care of .
The music from the street was very loud. It continued until the early hours and made it difficult to sleep. I recommend bringing earplugs.
