excellent room, convenient location

i found a clean, modern hotel close to a venue. my family, including four of us, stayed two nights and found the service suitable. breakfast was tasty. i was granted access to the executive lounge, a valuable extra. robes and slippers were a nice detail.
i found the front desk staff somewhat unwelcoming, they were only businesslike.

I appreciated the spacious room with a comfortable king bed. The large TV with Sky channels provided ample entertainment options. I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and maintained a comfortable temperature.
The restaurant menu seemed somewhat limited , , made dining less versatile.
