poor standarddisability room
the room i got wasn't the one i booked. after a quick apology, they put me in a disability room cause it was the only one left. honestly, the bathroom felt more like a two-star hotel. why is the standard so low in disability rooms? plus, they shouldn't take bookings if they can't keep their word. it wasn't the stay i was expecting at all and that standard rooms are also terrible.
