tired decorquestionable armchair
the promised extra package was missing upon arrival. the room decor looked tired. wallpaper peeled from the walls and the armchair looked questionable. i had to pay an extra £10 for overnight parking it was pretty greedy. the mediocre breakfast and tray charge request soured things further.

Breakfast was good.
I booked a standard double room with a sea view, but it was TOO hot. I had the window open constantly, but it did not make much difference. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. The room reminded me of an oven.

I found the reception staff very helpful. The breakfast had good options. The bar staff were great. I appreciated any extras needed for the tea tray in the room (coffee, tea, sugar, and milk). If you ask, they send plenty to your room. (I thought) toiletries are good quality. There's a great little fridge in the room too. there was an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a trouser press.
The hotel seemed a little tired. Tape was covering rips in the carpet as I entered.
