additional fee old doors
the room had comfortable beds, and that was acceptable.
i was initially told i could check in early if a room was available. i was then asked to pay an additional fee. also, the doors are old and constantly get stuck. it was annoying.

the room was well furnished and clean upon arrival. the staff members i encountered were all helpful and courteous. the location is convenient, close to major attractions. i found the secure parking to be a major plus.
my sole issue was that the minibar was not stocked with any items.

the bed offered a firm mattress. i found cotton sheets. tea and pod coffee were available in the room

i liked the location near Haymarket station. The staff was helpful, answering my questions quickly. My room had decent amenities for the price i paid.
the corridor carpets had some stains, it wasn't too appealing.

carpet stain damaged door
The breakfast buffet seemed adequate.
My room wasn't exactly excellent. The bathroom door looked like someone had kicked it in. There were also some questionable stains on the carpet and the lamp. The room didn't provide a particularly luxurious experience.
