the room was a good size with everything I needed. breakfast had a fantastic choice, including items cooked to order like eggs benedict.
i stayed for two nights for work, and the room was a let down. the curtain was stained. the shower did not drain well. it did not seem like a four-star experience.

complex voucherdry milk
The bar service left something to be desired, i must say. getting a simple drink seemed like navigating a bureaucratic maze. The barman seemed to relish the power he wielded over those complimentary drink vouchers. and to top it off, finding warm milk for my kid required an expedition to the restaurant, apparently the bar had run dry of the white stuff or so i was told with a shrug.
