the staff was helpful . they arranged a taxi quickly when i needed one. the location worked well as it was near the hospital. the room itself was clean. i appreciated the comfy bed after a long day.

The ice machine was out of service . It's a small thing, but it would have been convenient.

the breakfast selections seemed very good. rooms matched the descriptions and pictures. i noticed staff was friendly, i enjoyed the location near chinatown and eldon square. a tesco exists just around the corner.

the location was good for accessing the city centre the staff were friendly enough

the room was small and felt quite stuffy there was no air conditioning provided only a small fan it barely made a difference the tv remote didn't work i had to call reception to get it sorted this took a while and was inconvenient
