I slept well . The rooms are very well-equipped. my request to have rooms next to each other was handled efficiently. the adjoining door was opened within ten minutes! the staff provided excellent service. the hotel's facilities, dining options, and overall setting were excellent.
I found that i had to pay to access the pool area, unexpected. i have been coming to this hotel for years. It was a surprise to be asked to pay this time.

The staff greeted us every morning and evening in the restaurant with a smile. victoria, dee, sophia, and emma were especially helpful. their professional courtesy was consistent and appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble.

I found the staff very friendly and cute, they upgraded my room unexpectedly. the room had nice decor and felt very calming. This detail created a relaxing ambiance. everything looked perfectly curated for comfort and class. I liked the linens.
The swimming pool was freezing. I could only tolerate it for about twenty minutes.

The staff were helpful. I was able to check in a little early, and the entire process was smooth. The hotel's condition impressed me. It felt well kept and cared for. The prices at the bar were reasonable, a VERY welcome surprise, and breakfast was quite good. Parking was free. That is a rarity at many other hotels.
The pillows provided were too firm for my liking.
