the location was superb, close to many bars. the staff was amazing, especially the two concierges. they assisted with directions and always had a smile.

i found the cleanliness lacking in some areas. there was dust behind the tv. also, the wood in the room seemed old and dark.

i loved the location because it gave me access to the town center plus the quayside. parking is secure and i didn't expect that. my room was big and clean and i was very impressed. the bed was comfortable. the staff were attentive and the breakfast was fantastic.

my room was a little noisy due to outside noise.

the room featured nice writing desk close to the windows and ample bed space. i also find there is a minibar with tea and coffee with cookies. it was clean.

the hotel is located close to many restaurant and pubs which is perfect. i discovered there is also a nightclub and restaurants in the hotel. the hotel boasts a rooftop bar which is open at the weekend.
