Breakfast was good. Louise was a great team member and she was helpful. The staff tried to do enough for us. She was a little gem.
The room had a musty, un fresh smell. The bath was dirty. I saw visible dirt. A part of the wallpaper looked as if it had been ripped off and stuck back on again.

the location was perfect for accessing nearby attractions, and i found a tram stop right outside. i will be back soon!
the deposit wasn't initially communicated, it did require a taxi trip to resolve a minor card issue, a slight inconvenience.
