polite staff coffee facilities loud music follow up call

staff are polite and attentive. the food was good, plenty of choices i had. car parking was available at the site. tea and coffee facilities was in my room.

the tv turned itself on at 02:00 and 02:10. this happens even though we was asleep. the people next door had a party with loud music from around 03:00 until 05:30. i told about this when leaving but still waiting a follow up call.

i found the room very clean it had fluffy white towels. the staff were lovely and helpful i had a great experience.

the mattress felt quite firm i noticed this during my nights stay.

a somewhat underwhelming stay

mouldy shower curtain reduced pressure

the location worked out fine for my purposes.

The room was not great. The bathroom seemed like a time capsule from the 1970s. there was a mouldy shower curtain, a detail i found less than charming, and i'm pretty sure my shower had less water pressure than a gentle rain shower. it was only one towel in the room despite there being two guests.

The breakfast offered a good choice of items.

My room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom felt cramped. There were no glasses available for water in the room. I also found the bed to be much too firm for my liking, it impacted my sleep quality.

Fantastic short stay

modern design perfect location convenient parking

The hotel included a clean, modern design along with an on-site bar and restaurant. I found the location perfect. A short walk led directly to central areas. I appreciated the convenient parking available for all guests. Tea, coffee, and biscuits were nice room amenities.

The shower had a very fine mist. There was nothing on the shower head to change it.
