The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good.
The lift was broken. I was on the fourth floor, and the climb was difficult. The water pressure in the shower was a disaster , it only trickled out.

Great Location and Helpful Staff!

evening entertainment helpful staff easy access
The tram stop was conveniently located right outside, a real plus for getting around. Entertainment was provided in the evenings. Staff members were consistently helpful with any needs or requests I had, showing real care.
The lift was out of service , so getting to higher floors required using the stairs.

The room had ample storage options. The sea view was a delight (I loved waking up to it!). The bathroom, while compact, was adequate and featured lovely warm water. It definitely.
