unclean carpetexpired pat tests
The room carpet had not been vacuumed upon my arrival. I found things left in the bathroom from previous guests. This oversight is unacceptable. the PAT tests on the electrical appliances had expired. The toilet felt wobbly. This is a safety concern.

The staff were friendly and helpful . breakfast service was fast and efficient in the dining area. This was especially useful for luggage. car parking was conveniently located right next door. It made access very simple.
The room felt a bit warm because of the lack of air conditioning. There was no extractor fan in the toilet and shower room.

the spacious lobby and hall were noticeable upon entering. the provided room was clean, and it contained no issues. everything functioned properly and i had no problems.

the breakfast included bacon slices, eggs, sausage, hash browns, and baked beans served on a plate. refills were not available, and there was only white bread with no toppings. cups needed better cleaning.

The location is convenient.. just a short walk to popular attractions. The staff members are always friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the well-stocked bar and the friendly service there.
