the staff were very friendly and accommodating . my room was upgraded, a spacious room with a comfortable bed and large tv. i appreciated the wooden floor for cleanliness and the towels provided (a nice touch!). the bar was lively and convenient.
The shower temperature was inconsistent. Hot water was not always available as needed. this made showering less comfortable than desired, especially after a long day.

the room was spacious, which i did appreciate after a long day.
the check-in process was a mess because of the out-of-order service table. then i had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get my room key because of a member of staff that didn't know when my room was ready. also there were no working lights, forcing me to use my phone to get around.

i found the room spacious and clean. the bed provided amazing comfort and a good night's sleep. happy hour at the bar runs from 4pm to 8pm every day, offering two cocktails for £10. prosecco bottles are £15 and there was live music, a real plus.
i did find that the tv in my room required some attention and repair, but it wasn't too bad
