the breakfast staff was amazing. they go the extra mile. the buffet had so many tasty options. the atmosphere felt so fun.

my room only had one towel. also, it needed more milk.

efficient check-in spacious room breakfast buffet

the location worked well for my plans the room was clean and spacious the breakfast buffet offered good variety. i found the staff to be attentive to guest needs they were available at all times. the check-in process was efficient.

the elevator could be slightly slow at peak times though this did not significantly affect my stay.

the gym features modern equipment including three treadmills two stationary bikes and a set of free weights for strength training. there is also a water dispenser for hydration needs.

The location provides short walking distance to various restaurants and bars. I appreciated the large, comfortable bedroom and excellent facilities including the private car park.. I am planning to return soon. The room was recently upgraded.

The car park has very small spaces. It was almost impossible to open my car door once parked.

fake eyelashes bedside table

the room had a hair dryer and an ironing board.

I found old fake eyelashes stuck to the do not disturb sign in my room, clearly overlooked during cleaning. It has not been moved since the last guest. also, the bedside table was not cleaned thoroughly.

mixed feelings about my stay

faulty air conditioning persistent noise

the location was acceptable it was close to shops and restaurants

the air conditioning unit did not work it displayed a fault code the receptionist could not fix i found the room uncomfortably hot a persistent noise from a large unit on the roof kept me awake all night

amazing experience at city center!

the location is very nice for exploring the city. Everything feels so near. i find comfort in the stylish room and its wonderful amenities. also, i am really happy there is on-site parking available, a big plus in a busy city.

The gym is a bit small. It had limited equipment, but enough for a quick workout.
