the room was very clean upon arrival. the location is convenient with a bus stop that provides direct access to many local attractions. the staff was always helpful and willing to assist with requests. i appreciated the quick resolution when i asked for extra towels.

I found the room cleanliness average. Used cups and glasses were not replaced. room service did not vacuum, nor did it change used towels. additionally, the entire room shook whenever someone walked in the room.

the room was very small. this made it hard to move around easily.

The breakfast was gorgeous. I could not fault the service and the food, both were excellent, and I really enjoyed the great variety of options. The staff were attentive. They ensured that I had everything I needed for a good start to the day.
The cleanliness in my room was not great. The used cups and glasses were not replaced. the room shook whenever someone walked by. This made it hard to relax.
