the room was excellent (a plaza executive room i think). the food and staff in the restaurant were great too. emma and katie on reception were helpful.

the closeness to the adjacent room, separated by a locked connecting door, was a bit uncomfortable. hearing the people next door was like they were in the same room.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast at the Skyline Restaurant was AMAZING. I LOVED the selection available. The cooked breakfast arrived on a hot plate, which I appreciated.

the room was really tasteful in decor. i liked the comfy bed it provided. the modern walk in shower was good too. from the reception staff to the dining room staff and the housekeeping. the hotel management also give attention to the guests.

my room didn't had a window, sad. the room looked lovely but the air con wasn't doing its job well. it made the room stuck at a stifling temperature all night. i think, perhaps, i should check the air con next time.

dirty mugheavy doors

The cleanliness wasn't great in my roseburn room. i went to make a cup of tea and the mug looked like it had just been rinsed. Dried milk was stuck to the spoon (pretty gross for a place like this). also, the shower wasn't properly cleaned with hairs in the tray. it seemed like the staff quarters were right next door. Heavy doors slammed shut constantly.
