the location was perfect. it was a short walk from the train station and usher hall. i got a huge window overlooking the park. i also saw castle views. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the room was tiny. there was no space to move. i seemed like i was in a room on a boat. the shower temperature would not turn down and became scalding hot. the tv channels were not working either.

the location proved great. i found it EASY TO locate shops and the bus station nearby. the staff was helpful. the room was clean. i especially liked the view of the castle from the window.

the staff was always cordial , offering assistance with directions and information. they seemed attentive to guest needs , although some technical issues were not immediately resolved. their friendliness added to the experience.
