The freshly cooked breakfast was great. The reception staff were fantastic. They were very helpful.
The shower drenched the floor. There was NO safety mat for the shower in the bath. It was quite slippy.

The main course took an hour to arrive at the restaurant. Tables that arrived later than us received service earlier. I asked a staff member about this situation. They said they would investigate, but they never returned. customer service seems lacking here I contacted the hotel to resolve this issue, but I have received no response.
