The level 2 vending machine was out of order. That was annoying. the coffee machine at breakfast also did not work. towels were on the floor. the breakfast was not good considering the price!

the hotel features a hertz car rental just a minute away by foot. the king size bed in my room was quite comfortable. room servicing met my requests precisely during my two-night stay.
the room lacked a refrigerator.

the location proved quite useful , being very close to the airport.
The room was a bit of a letdown , i must say. the tv remote looked like it had been through a war , covered in grime. plus , the noise levels were less than ideal . Some sort of generator hummed away under the window , ensuring a rather sleepless night.

the staff was friendly. the food options were good. my room was lovely. i appreciated being so close to the terminal. carol at reception was cute and helpful. she gave a lot of care and attention. i also enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant with a nice bottle of wine.

i waited in the hotel bar during a flight delay. betty and lisa were very friendly and helpful to me. the food was LOVELY and i could stay as long as i needed to.
i found level 2 vending machine out of order. i also noticed a coffee machine at breakfast was out of order with towels on the floor.

the hotel is very close to the airport , approximately 300 yards away , , made it easy to catch an early flight. this short distance is very convenient for travellers with early departures or late arrivals.

the location near the airport was acceptable, so I don't missed my early flight.
the room wasn't clean at all. there was hairs on the bed, under the duvet. the mattress was not comfortable either it was like a travel hotel basic.
