erratic temperature thin walls
My stay wasn't the best. the shower temperature was erratic. It switched from hot to cold without warning (, made showering an adventure i didn't want). also, the walls seemed thin because i could hear conversations next door. it made relaxing difficult, and i had hoped for more peace.

charming building with a great location
helpful staff clean room comfy bed
The reception staff were very pleasant and informative. the location was excellent for seeing a game at croke park. the room was clean and spacious. I slept well in a comfy bed.
the bathroom had mould in some spots, and the doors don't open fully because the space is small.

the hotel includes tea and coffee making facilities. an iron. i found eco-water available on my floor, it was very practical. breakfast cost only 10 euro.

The hotel has a great location near shops, bars and restaurants. it provides easy access to connolly street, henry street, and temple bar. They were all walkable. the location provides great airport bus access, though the parking was expensive.

basic stay with noise issues
high noise levels clear conversation
the location was decent, with access to many central spots.
I was very bothered by the noise levels. I could hear conversations and movements from adjacent rooms very clearly (even late at night). this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

average stay, some issues.
small space noisy hotel
the room i got did not feel quite right. it reminded me of two beds pushed into a space too small. i paid in full beforehand and still had to leave a deposit of 50. the beds were nice and they cleaned every day, but still it was a bit tight. also the hotel was often noisy and sleep was not always easy.
