the staff was very helpful with directions. breakfast was good and offered a nice selection. the cosy double room had a comfortable bed. it was perfect for a restful night.
our room faced an inner courtyard, i felt exposed. bright lights shined into the room from the fire escape, it made it hard to sleep without the curtains closed. the air conditioner near the window buzzed all night, it was disturbing.

A balanced experience

The location provided easy access to city attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. My room included Nespresso pods and Ritual products. These were nice extras.
My room window faced the fire escape stairs. Bright lights shone directly into the room all night. I had to keep the curtains closed. The breakfast choices seemed limited.

The breakfast had fantastic options. i liked the coffee machine in the room. It was a nice touch. also, the room was clean and had a nice style.
The mattress wasn't very comfortable. i also noticed hand towels were removed from the bathroom on the first day. We didn't have any on the second day. the bar was supposed to be open until 12:30, but we wanted a drink at 11 pm and, after waiting 15 minutes, were not served.
