Hamid at reception gave an AMAZING welcome, very professional. Clodagh, the duty manager, helped us at the bar, SUCH a kind gesture. Staff at breakfast were quick. I especially loved the food variety, more than usual. There were Nice pastries, ham, cheese, waffles, fruits, and homemade soda bread.
The robes for the spa were OLD. The duvet cover had rips in them. We booked a balcony room with the assumption we would actually have a view, instead we got a side view into other people's apartments.
