i recently spent a few nights here. the service i got was excellent. the staff seemed friendly and genuinely cared about making my stay good. it felt hassle-free.
house keeping was terrible. i complained to the front desk, and house keeping came back to clean again but left the room without toilet paper.

my stay include a standard twin room. the room was very clean and had great value. the venue was beautifully decorated, i note. i like all the staff, they couldn't have been more helpful.
i had problems with the front desk. they did not respond to my calls during the day. i sent emails too and they also did not respond. this caused me all kinds of logistical problems.

Absolutely Loved My Stay!

The front desk staff were super cute, and they let me check in early, such a great surprise! the room was lovely with nice touches like bottled water and really nice linens. breakfast in the fahrenheit restaurant was included and so amazing. I felt super spoiled!
the location is a little isolated if you want to walk to many other spots, that's my only very slight issue though.

The knight's bar is a really wonderful spot to grab lunch and dinner. It had a great atmosphere. i noticed the fahrenheit restaurant offers an amazing breakfast, included with some room packages. the restaurant also has nice decor!

Parking was really easy. I found plenty of spaces right near the entrance, very convenient! the hotel integrates modern facilities very well with the period hotel creating a seamless experience. the hotel offers newspapers daily.
