perfect location coffee maker many options helpful staff

i loved the location. it was perfect for exploring. the room included a coffee maker and tea service, SUCH a treat. breakfast offered many options, including fresh fruit and pastries. EVERY staff member was helpful and courteous.

The bathroom was quite small. Storage space was somewhat limited.

the location was ideal! everything was in walking distance, what a treat. the staff was really friendly, they were always ready to help!

the room seemed a bit tired! i think it needs some maintenance. the shower pressure wasn't strong enough, unfortunately.

Acceptable, but With Noticeable Flaws

stuffy room ignored request

The location was certainly convenient for exploring the city center.

The room felt quite stuffy, and the air conditioning was noticeably absent (I later learned new air con was supposedly being installed). I was given a small fan, but it did little to combat the humidity. I requested more milk for the room while I was out, yet that request was ignored.
