A Mixed Experience at This Hotel

twin room faulty keys

The hotel location was on the quieter side and offered great views.

My stay didn't get off to the best start. I was checked in and handed the keys before they told me the room was a twin instead of the king I had booked. They did manage to find a king available after some discussion. The keys themselves did NOT work in the lift, so I had to wait for a staff member to swipe me through every time.
