convenient and comfy!

cheerful staff clean rooms shuttle service

the staff were cheerful. rooms are super clean and temperature control worked great. rental car return was easy with a free shuttle to the airport, very handy. shuttle service to the airport was on time, even with a lot of luggage.

i found the bar a bit dark and noisy, the music was kind of irritating.

the room was very clean. it had excellent tea and coffee facilities. i walked to the terminal easily in ten minutes, even with my bags!!!

the bathroom was not particularly nice.

adequate , but with issues

dirty ventilation embarrassing accusation

i encountered a problem with the ventilation in my room , it looked quite dirty. i also found a fly in my drink at the bar , and after i returned it , a staff member loudly accused me of not paying , which was mortifying. the ketchup served with our meal had already been opened , suggesting it was refilled , it just lacks class.
