The rooms are genuinely cosy and the beds are comfortable. This made check-out harder. I found a kettle and an iron were available in the room, and controlling the heating and air conditioning was easy. The hotel features a water refill station, umbrellas for rent and vending machines in the lobby.. it's a plus! There was a security guard on duty during the night, reassuring me about safety.
The bathroom was tiny and closing the door proved challenging. For the price, I anticipated a larger room.

The staff at check-in let me check in early. That was acceptable.
The room I was assigned was quite small and it lacked space for luggage (so my suitcase lived on the floor). The air conditioning didn't work well. The room became uncomfortably warm.
