Room issues and poor service.

The hotel offered a convenient shuttle to and from the airport. This was useful.
The room was dirty when I got there! I saw stains on the carpet and dust all over the furniture. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned and the shower barely had hot water. That annoyed me! The staff was unhelpful. The Wi-Fi was barely working. Walls were thin and I heard noises all night.

the room smelled stale the carpets looked worn i also noticed some stains i found it hard to relax also the tv was on the blink the channels kept cutting out
