the hotel had a good location close to a luas stop, this made getting around easy.
I was disappointed with the pillows. They were too thick, and the hotel said they only had one type available. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. i really think they need to look at pillow options.

Excellent Stay near the 3Arena

convenient locationeasy accessbreakfast selectionexcessive lighting
The location was quite convenient near the Luas Red Line. It provides easy access to the city. I found it easy to walk to the 3Arena for a gig. The breakfast selection was substantial and kept me satisfied for a good portion of the day.
I noticed that the restaurant and bar areas seemed excessively bright. This level of lighting detracted from the ambiance
Dining
9/10
The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, with both hot and cold options, and fresh pastries. The dining area was clean and well-kept. The coffee machine provided a selection of specialty coffees and the juices tasted fresh, not artificial.
Rooms
9/10
My room included a king-size bed with supportive mattress and soft linens. There were ample charging points on both sides of the bed and the blackout curtains worked effectively. The in-room climate control system allowed precise temperature adjustments. It maintained a consistent and comfortable environment.
Facilities
8/10
The fitness center was equipped with three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. The gym towels were readily available and the equipment was clean. The hotel provides secure luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. This made my travel arrangements easier.

The hotel location was convenient. The Luas stop was just outside.
I found the room cleanliness unacceptable. Hairs were on the floor behind the bathroom door. Some debris littered the room floor. a bone was present in my chicken dish, even though it was advertised as boneless.
