totally rad stay!

red line spice bag helpful staff lovely vibe

the location rocks! it's super close to the red line. getting downtown only took like 10 minutes, seriously! i found a spice bag place right across the street which was very handy. the coffee shop downstairs had a lovely vibe too and the staff were always super helpful to me!

constant noise uncomfortable vent

The location was acceptable. It is close to the tram.

i was disappointed by the noise. i couldn't sleep well because there was constant noise coming from the vent. buying earplugs helped a little for the second night, but it wasn't a solution.

EXCELLENT stay

stocked kitchen friendly staff

The studio room included a well-stocked kitchen. I found everything needed for cooking. Staff WAS friendly and helpful, from arrival to checkout. I appreciated the warm atmosphere throughout the ground floor space and the beautiful interiors.

I discovered a few issues. It isn't better than a normal hotel room. I didn't feel the room WAS clean. We found marks all over the bedding, as well as black mold around the shower plug and between the shower tiles.

The terminus for the tram is right across from the hotel, very convenient (i could get to Temple Bar in just five minutes!). The location provides easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. This feature made exploring the area SO easy.

The apartment featured excellent amenities including a washing machine which WAS very convenient. The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed. The studio also includes a well-equipped and comfortable setup. I found it very functional.

The lounge area offers a full cafeteria. The staff ARE very available, and they offered quick assistance . I felt that the staff really cared about their service quality.
