comfortable bed great breakfast clean room

I found complimentary bottles of water in the room. The bed was supremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a really great selection. The room was modern and impeccably clean. I was asked if I was celebrating anything special at check-in. Prosecco and cakes arrived in my room with a congratulations message.

The air conditioning system cut out after exactly 60 minutes. This resulted in a very poor night's sleep.

I adored how considerate the staff were. the junior suite was really good and included some very lovely little touches, the breakfast featured amazing quality with an extensive selection. I found so many delectable things.

broken door entrance door

the room had everything needed for a good stay and a good night's sleep it was also very quiet

the standard wasn't what i expected the revolving door at the entrance was broken for the whole stay it just wasn't good value for money
