convenient location easy access runway view terrace seating
the location proved very convenient for accessing terminal 5. i found the pods were close and easy to use. the restaurant overlooked the runway with a nice view. i used the terrace seating on a sunny evening, it was great.
the hotel shop prices seemed very high, almost as if they were capitalising on convenience.

the hotel is near terminal 5 pods it takes about five minutes to the pod it is a quick walk to the hotel we went to security in about fifteen minutes george in the restaurant provided excellent customer service. the staff were helpful and answered questions regarding terminal access. the bar area was nice the bed was comfortable.
the room was warm and the air conditioning did not work well

this location provides good access to terminal 5 using the pod transportation system the ride from the terminal to the hotel was quick the walk was short and well-signed from the car park to the pod.

automated pod friendly staff fantastic terrace cool airplanes
The automated pod service to Terminal 5 worked very well. Staff were friendly and ready to help at all times. The bar had a fantastic roof terrace. I also saw airplanes taking off, quite cool to watch.
My room felt a small, and I wished there had been a bit more space to move around.

The breakfast offered good choices and tasted fresh. It was served at reasonable hours. This allowed guests setting off early to have breakfast before departure.

Check-in was easy. Staff was kind when they assist with bag loading. Staff members booked a taxi for me. Staff was very helpful at all times.
