The reception offered a complimentary upgrade to a luxury room. This upgrade included access to a lounge on our floor. Complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits were available during the day. The lounge provided a complimentary bar with canapés after 6 PM and a complimentary breakfast was included as well. I found this to be a great value.

The television channel selection was somewhat limited, and I could not access Sky News due to weather interference I was told.

we arrived by train from London before flying to Portugal the next day. it was a short walk to the north terminal for our early flight. check-in was quick and efficient, which i appreciated after a long day of travel. our room was very clean and the bed was especially comfortable for a good night's sleep.

I noticed a service charge added to the food and beverage bill in addition to the option for adding a tip. It felt a bit excessive.
